[Rwp] [RWP] OSARA, an open-source ReaAccess replacement in development

I very much like having single-key access to mute, solo, phase, track 
arm, etc. especially on a laptop, where I do most of my work these days. 
I sort of look at it as if it were a mixing console. You don't have to 
press several buttons to mute or solo a single channel on a physical 
board... Dunno, that's just me.
I also have a bunch of non-default actions and macros defined. I will 
probably just keep most of the keymap around and change actions where 
necessary, perhaps a macro for the two actions required to both move to 
next/prev item and select, so that it at least feels familiar.
