[Rwp] [RWP] OSARA, an open-source ReaAccess replacement in development

I wonder if just turning  ReAccess off with control+shift+f12 will do the
trick.

At this stage, I'd swap the DLL files out and only use one at a time, just
so that if anything odd happens you'll know for sure which accessibility
solution is acting screwy. JMO though.
