Because MSAA is being used, whether messages are brailled is up to the 
screen reader. However, generally, any messages that are presented in 
speech will be presented in braille as well. This is certainly the case 
with NVDA. Note that it's not possible to have a different format for 
braille presentation, unfortunately.
