[Rwp] Getting Reaper 5 to work with the bcf2000

Yep, Klinke Mackie Universal Control... Doesn't look like it's been 
updated in a while. I used this instead of the standard Reaper included 
Mackie Universal Control protocol with my Korg NanoKontrol2, because the 
nobs behaved better, and I think more buttons were supported by default, 
or something. It's been a couple of years since I've really tried to do 
anything serious with it.
I bought that control surface for one project, used it for that, then 
pretty much haven't touched it since.
