[Rwp] play a scaled tuned midi file with reaper

hello,
one of my friends want's to play scale tuned midi files with reaper,
while he import it, the notes load as usual, not scale tunned
when he play's that file with his keyboard or something like FLStudio,
it work's!, but in reaper not
as you know, the file has pitch bend in it!, but it doesn't play as he expect's
