[Rwp] Parrametric EQ plugin

There are also all sorts of cool eq flavors in the js plugs, everything 
from parametric to grapic and hybrids.
Thos js plugs are way cool.
Sometimes you want something simple to mess with, like a tilt eq, just 
like your tone knob on your old fashioned radio.
except you can change the tilt point.
Or a single band parametric,
or just a simple low or high
pass.
It's all there for you to enjoy in the js pile.
Also some very nice compressors and limiters in there.
