[Rwp] Reordering Effects?

Hey Cghris, there are nice actions to move fx up and down in the chain,
very useful, just a matter of binding a key,
just put in something like move fx in ;your seach in the actions list 
nad it wil lshow up.
I have mine defined to control win up and down.
This is so cool.
