[Rwp] Using envelope points with ReaAccess

Well, we'll seee what the master programmers say, I just know that it's
a real life saver whenworking with autohotkey.
With hot strings, you have pretty much limitless handles for options,
and you don't have to double up on keystrokes, I don't like that,
in general, that's such a sensable approach to handling large numbers of
controls, giving a special ending character to let your app know it's a
hot string, and you can define what you want.
