put the pitch shifter in one of the audio tracks fx slots instead of on a bus. If you want only the wet signal when you put the pitch shifter on a bus you will need to uncheck the send to master on the audio track and not the pitch shifter track. 
But if you want the wet dry slider to work as intended you will need to put the pitch shifter on the audio tracks fx as stated above and not  on a bus.
