[Rwp] Using envelope points with ReaAccess

I've never seen this implemented with a screen-reader, but I love how 
autohotkey does actions.
With hot strings you can define,
any string at all,
like vol. for volume, and pan. for pan,
or anything you want, perhaps this with the help of sws could be 
implemented so we could have our own intuitive hot strings to make 
actions happen.
