[Rwp] Using envelope points with ReaAccess

It will behave in a similar way to Rea Access if you do some intense
fiddling with the keymap. I am well underway with this and, once
complete, will be happy to share a keymap to the list. If you use
ReaEar's default keymap, it's so different as to require you to relearn
Reaper's key strokes from the ground up and some are very
counter-intuitive e.g. alt f4 doesn't close Reaper.
