[Rwp] Using envelope points with ReaAccess

Hi David,

You can indeed use ReaEar with JAWS, but if you're looking for similar
behaviour to ReaAccess, OSARA will likely be more up your alley.

You can grab a download, a keymap, and check the ReadMe at
http://www.github.com/nvaccess/osara

Also worth noting that Jim Snowbarger has just started work on some
scripts that tidy up JAWS weirdness. They'll be merged with the rest
of the project soon, but for now, I've attached the most recent
version he posted to the list.
