[Rwp] JAWS Scripts To Support Osara

Thanks, Jim. If you're happy for this to happen, it'd make sense for me 
to eventually include these as part of OSARA. During the initial few 
weeks, though, it might make sense for them to be maintained somewhere 
you can easily update them.

Alternatively, if you're comfortable with Git, you could maintain them 
as part of the OSARA Git repository from the start.
