[Rwp] Questions from a beginner

Hey everyone,

My name is Tree and I am new to this mailing list. Does anyone have suggestions for resources that will help me get started with Reaper on the mac? I am a long time Amadeus pro user, but Reaper is proving a little confusing to me; any help with some basic things such as moving the insertion point and selecting audio would be very much appreciated.
