[Rwp] Problems Logging In

                I recently downloaded Windows 10 and JAWS 16. When I did so,
I seem to have to download the ReaEar scripts again. However, when I try to
log in it doesn't recognize my password. I have requested my password and am
getting a message that the user is blocked with no instructions about
unblocking. I tried to register using another of my email addresses and am
getting a message that a user with the email address already exists,
although I am very certain I have never registered with that address. Can
any one give me some guidance on what to do from here? There seems to be no
way to get in touch with any one on the site.
