[Rwp] osara and reaaccess.

Hi,

FYI, OSARA supports item fades now. From the ReadMe: "To access the
parameter list for a track or an item, select the track or item you
wish to work with. Then, run the "OSARA: View parameters for current
track/item (depending on focus)" action." Off the top of my head I
think this has been bound to CTRL+Shift+W if you're using the DG
keymap, but you can use the action list to check if it turns out that
I'm remembering wrong. MIDI output isn't in the same place, but now
that we have context menus working again, you can set MIDI output
there instead.

I highly doubt that Jamie will put development time into getting OSARA
and ReaAccess to play nice together in the same session, because
that's not how this stuff was ever intended to work. However, if
there's other functionality you're missing from ReaAccess, try putting
requests on GitHub. It'll help if you can write a short use case for
each request, and make sure you include steps to reproduce the problem
if you're filing a bug.
