[Rwp] Using ReaControlMIDI

Stupid question, but do you have ReaControlMidi and your synth plugin in 
the right order? It makes a difference. In the FX chain, ReaControl or 
any other midi effect should precede whatever it's sending midi messages to.

Also, I have a JS plugin written by Bryan Smart some time ago that, for 
me, anyway, is generally more useful than ReaControlMidi.
