[Rwp] Need A Reminder of How to Do Basic Editing in Reaper

Hi,

Can someone please give me a reminder of how to do basic editing in Reaper 
using Osara? What I want to do is select a portion of a track to edit while 
leaving the rest of the project intact. I found some commands on 
http://reaperaccess.com/, but I believe they're for ReaAccess. I know you 
can hold down the left and right arrow keys to do some scrubbing (I wish 
there was a way to make the sound a little faster or something like you can 
in GoldWave), but when I do that I can tell that both tracks will be 
affected when I do a deletion or whatever.
