There are 2 sliders in that dialog. They don't speak, but they coraspond to
the different cliks. The first slider is for the first click, and the second
is for the low click. I don't think NVDA speaks when you tab over them, but
they do work. Just try using up and down arrow ehen on that area.

I don't actually know how to change the volume, but you can change the click
sounds to wave files of your choosing. I did this, opting to use the two
square waves from a Casio VL-tone 1, just because I could.
You can then, of course, change those to whatever volume you want
destructively.
