[Rwp] higher volume for the metronome.

I don't actually know how to change the volume, but you can change the 
click sounds to wave files of your choosing. I did this, opting to use 
the two square waves from a Casio VL-tone 1, just because I could.
You can then, of course, change those to whatever volume you want 
destructively.
