[Rwp] SFZ in reaper.

I did an autohotkey plug for the sfz player for reaper,
and put it on Steve's site.
don't have time ti dig it up now, but it's should be over there if you
want to go get it,
but like Patrick, I largely use sforzando now.
Sfz is better when you want to load sound fonts, or there is one
parameter it handles that sfz doesn't and that is the lochan and hichan
opcodes that I know of.
but over all, sforzando is a better and more up to date plug supporting
more opcodes, and I am authoring for it these days.
