[Rwp] [RWP] re latest REAPER and Osara

yes, that rewire functionallity is very useful,
but it only works for 32 bit with the accesible version of sonar 8.5 so 
keep that in mind.

Another reason to install 32 bit reaper as an option for now.
you can always install both 32 and 64 and have your cake and eat it too.
