[Rwp] latest reaper update (5.0 august 12-15)

I am really sorry for the doublé posting. What i meant is that I
upgraded reaper to 5.0 with its corresponding sws update and am using
osara with both of them and everything just Works as expected so,
happy upgrading. Thanks all for your invaluable help.
