[Rwp] latest reaper update (5.0 august 12-15)

Hi,

In my experience after updating to version 5, nothing has broken. One 
thing that appears to have been fixed is navigation between built-in 
presets of the stock Reaper plug-ins. Before, in version 4.78, sometimes 
arrowing down on the combo box that shows the presets would do nothing. 
This would make a user think the plug-in has no presets, even if there 
were any. It looks like this is sorted now.

According to the change log for 5.0, plenty of new API's have been 
added, which means Reaper access plug-ins that are still under active 
development may be able to report much more info in future updates to them.
