[Rwp] Amplitube or Guitar Rig

Hi,

I've only messed with changing parameters in GR, and using the builtin
presets accessible via Reaper's own preset dropdown in effects window.
>From there I'd tweak parameters. I couldn't get OCR to recognize
anything in that window that was meaningful so couldn't load any
preset files specific to the plugin
