[Rwp] Panning an Item

Hi Jim,

The values of those sliders can indeed be changed. The reason you don't 
hear any difference is because the changes only take effect when you 
press the Apply button in the Item Properties dialog. I found that we 
are able to tab to these volume and pan sliders, but NVDA doesn't say 
anything when they gain focus. I'm not sure what JAWS does. Hope this helps.
