[Rwp] Keymaps

Hey Chris,

Fancy seeing you here :P

ReaAccess installs its own keymap by default. At this stage, OSARA
doesn't have any default mappings, so most people have been using a
keymap that Derek and Gianluca put together. It's similar to the
ReaAccess one. Gianluca's Dropbox seems to be giving me a 404 error at
the moment, so I've attached it to this email instead.
