[Rwp] With OSARA, how to manage volume / pan of items?

What i do is not move by item but move either by measure or beat, or use CTRL+J to jump to a specific time, Measure/beat, Marker etc or use the left and right arrows to scrub if i need to fine tune the location, then set a start and end point and simply select between those start and end points. I find this workflow usually leads to less confusion about whats selected. I created custom actions to speed the time selections in this manner and also to play selections.
