In general, if a parameter is exposed/automatable it'll show up to
reaAccess/OSARA.
The very few that I've messed with (Alchemy, cyclop, Sylenth1) were
usable but Alchemy's presets aren't native so they don't show up. As
for actual tweaking/designing patches, it sucks. Most of these have
500+ parameters and don't always have the most useful names to us (p1,
p2 etc).
With my novice experience in this area, the best thing to do is load a
preset and then tweak from there. Be prepared to age ten years before
making the synth do what you want, or finding that parameter you need
in a lot of cases. Not trying to project doom and gloom here.
Alchemy has some killer patches just with the free library. It's no
longer developed/gone out of business though, so that's a downer
unless you have someone willing to hook you up with it.
