[Rwp] With OSARA, how to manage volume / pan of items?

Having either done or attempted this in 4 different DAWs now, I can
say that Reaper is the place to try it out if you're going to. It
turns out to be way faster than using individual tracks, because
you're cutting out all the button bashing of moving between tracks,
copying, pasting, and with a fairly consistent performer the edit
points often don't even need to be tidied up beyond a little grow or
shrink of edges now and again. As with anything like this, having a
solid naming scheme and practice will both contribute a lot. All the
workflows you'll develop work the same on grouped items too, so you
can edit multi-mic'd sources without causing phase issues. It's neat.
