[Rwp] With OSARA, how to manage volume / pan of items?

Well, I know what I like to do, but trying to keep an open mind since
Jamie wants to try and make something which has up to now been hard to
do, easier.
If I can organize and name and see my takes, then maybe I'll like it better.
We'll just have to see.
I'm willing to give it a shot.
If I don't like it, I'll just go back to using tracks as usual.
