[Rwp] Reaper and elastic audio

Hi to the list,

after my first experiences with reaper and comparing it to pro tools: Has any of you tried elastic audio, especially elastic time in reaper? There are some tutorials on the web, but it’s difficult to follow them from the perspective of accessibility, because all tutorials are mainly based on mouse-functionality. So any experiences in elastic time operations  with the keyboard would be very appreciated.
