[Rwp] Introduction and Presets

Thanks so much this works perfectly! I have been beating my head against
this for ages.

Sounds like you have simple review (NVDA menu -> Preferences -> Review
cursor -> Simple review mode) disabled. Enable it and try again. 
(Enabled is the default.)
