You just need to use the filter field effectively. If I filter down to 
"unselect all items", I get 5 actions, the first of which is "Item: 
Unselect all items". That said, I think shift+escape in ReaAccess is 
bound to Unselect all tracks/items/envelope points, so depending on your 
keymap, you can probably just press that.
