[Rwp] With OSARA, how to manage volume / pan of items?

I forget exactly what it's called, but there's an action to do this in
the huge actions list available, and I found one that worked there's one
that can do volume, or pan, or volume and pan together,
there are also sws commands I found in there.

I think the keymap everyone is using now has shift page up and down
mapped to one of these volume for item commands,

But something to note, I'm stil not sure what differentiates an item
from a take,
and there seem to be separate volume controls actions which apply to the
same thing, but one lets you go a lot further up or down than the other.

The one that's mapped now only goes like 6 db I think but the one I
found goes much more.

There are just too dang many ways to do things in reaper,
and I'm glad other smart folks have said publically reaper makes them
feel retarded,
because this program has gotten me scratching my head more than anything
I've ever worked with.

But we're gaining on it slowly, and I'm finding it very useful for some
important tasks,
like fixing timing issues with some of my clients who like to make up
their time signature as they go along 'grin'.
