[Rwp] a fun Reaper crashing experience

hey Jamie, one thing that's always drove me nuts about reaper is that
I've always found it's vst implementation more fragile than sonar's.
More crashes and silly stuff happening especially when scanning multiple
vst paths.
I think it's gotten better in the last few versions, haven't noticed
anything too bad, but for this reason,
I never give reaper too much to swallow.
