[Rwp] a fun Reaper crashing experience

That suggests a bug in REAPER's plugin bridging/firewalling. As I
understand it, one of the major advantages of running plugins in a
separate process (apart from the ability to cross 32 bit/64 bit
boundaries) is that a crash in a plugin shouldn't take the whole DAW
down. REAPER should detect the crash and restart it or similar.
