[Rwp] In OSARA, what is your tips and tricks to replace ReaAccess's virtual context menu?

As far as I know, there's not a specific list dedicated to OSARA. If
I'm wrong, please let me know so that I can pass along the info to
other users and update the ReaAccess.com holding page. Discussion of
OSARA is encouraged on RWP. You'll likely get answers quicker if you
put OSARA in the subject line so that it's clear which accessibility
solution you're using.
