Hi James. Personally, I think there major developments that could be made for the Mac version. Having seen how Rotools works with VoiceOver, Reaper can certainly be improved accessibility wise. I find navigating through lots of tracks in Reaper very laboured. My plan is to continue to use Protools as my main DAW, and use Reaper as an alternative when i might want to use a certain plugin that Protols doesn't support, or do some plugin automation with a control surface. One thing I do love about Reaper on the Mac is how quick and easy it is to increase the BPM of a track. Just make a selection and input a value into the box and it's done. 
Anyway, any developments with Reaper Mac accessibility would be very welcome.
