Not a problem.
I admit, I'm not really sure what all of this stuff you all are talking about regarding making a new plugin, or using extensions or any of that means. I've read up a little on the links you all have provided, but I still don't totally get it. I'm the type, if it works, great, if it doesn't, ask questions, then, if I get them answered great, if I don't, or I get attacked publicly or not, then I move on to another software instead. My point is, the things I've tried so far work, but seeing it's not only the weekend, but is a major holiday weekend, I've not really made it a huge priority to go in the studio and fiddle with it much. That'll be on my list of things to do tomorrow when we reopen for business hours.
Chris.

Jamie, in answer to your question, I just opened it up, hit command+T to create a track, then went into the track strip, found the volume, vo+shift+down arrowed to interact with it, and then did a vo+up arrow. Yes. I was able to increment and decrement the slider with absolutely no issue at all.
My bad. I just took another look at the code and they do indeed implement the appropriate actions. :) Thanks for looking into this though.
