For ripple editing and monitoring if you chan ge them in the menu’s VO will speak what its currently set to. Also each seeing has a action and you can assign a hot key to that action so you can set it to that setting with the press of a keyboard key. I plan to add some ripple editing custom actions to the KeyboardNinja Reaper KeyMap but been busy and haven’t gotten to it yet. I can add some monitoring ones as well. too if people will find that useful. Input meters is about all thats missing for me as well as having it read if a track is a folder, a track or the last track in a folder would be useful as folders can be way more efficient than working with Aux sends at times. For now i just add something to the track name to remind myself which one is the folder and which the last track in the folder.

But for me the mac interface isn’t inefficient. 2 Weeks ago I did a production with reaper on the mac. Of course there could be improvements, but for now, the only 2 things I would like to see on the mac-side are accessible input-level-meters and improved accessibility at the ripple-editing and monitoring-buttons. Both of them can take 3 different options, but VO doesn’t speak them.
