[RWP] How to equalize volume/DB on a track.

Ok, can you explain step by step? I read the manual, but instructions 
for manipulate an item for looping or change the volume are explained 
through the mouse.

The piece that i have to modify start at measure 21 and finish at the 32.
Which command will allow me to select this part only, then equalize the 
volume into?

Sorry, I'm a beginer.
