[RWP] How to equalize volume/DB on a track.

Yes you can, a whole track or a tiny fragment, it doesn't matter.

Just make your splits where you need them, and adjust to taste because 
each fragment will get it's own set of controls.

If you want elegant automation, you need to run sonar.
