[RWP] total newby to reaper and reaccess. help much needed.

Hi friends.
I am totally new to the reaper world and have very limited experience
with sonar. I've down loaded reaper and the reaccess file. so far I've
been tabbing around and just exploring the program a bit and it seems
great! However, there are a lot of terminology I don't understand. Is
there a help file or any tutorials, or podcasts anyone has done using
reaper and reaccess tha you would be able to share with me? Thanks.
