[RWP] where to get sfz.dll ETC.

Hi Chris,
No, I've never been tutored, but maybe I need it. :) haha!
I don't have Sonar, a bit pricy for me at this point, but I might have
an old version of Band-In-A-Box some where that might have sfz.dll
In any case, I got the sforzando plugin so we'll give that a try.

Yes, Reaper seems quite a challenge, but also seems like it will be worth it.
