Well, You got the right version then.
Unfortunetly ReaAccess hasn't been developed for a very long time
What kind of errors are you getting when you launch REAPER?
Also, try installing REAPER, and ReaAccess as an administrator to see if 
it solves your problem.
If your on vista or win7, right click on the installer files and click 
on "run as administrator"
