[RWP] Automatic Arming

Hey Guys,
I'm pulling my hair out trying to find the reaper option that causes each 
track to be armed automatically as you arrow up and down.
I know I saw this somewhere.  I just want to record on one track at a time, 
and have Reaper automatically arm the track when I arrow to it.  Can anybody 
help me find the holy grail?
I would hate to go bald so young.
