[RWP] Test

I didn't even know there were forums. Keep in mind, the following thoughts 
are in the event we decide to switch. As far as I know, no decision has 
been made to switch at this time, so for now, everything remains the same.

Even if we decide to switch, the list archives should be preserved, as a 
point of historical reference. Also, a message should be posted to this 
list, clearly indicating that the list is being retired, and on what date 
this becomes effective, and how to use/subscribe to the forums.
