[RWP] A workflow for fake automating groups of tracks or folders

and the only way I think we'll have that would be through a series of
actions which would allow us to enter values for automation.
I see something like a dialog where a selection is made, an envelop is
selected, and start and end values could be expressed in numbers or
percentages.
How that could be edited in future? Not sure there, so I guess that's no
better than what access we have with control surfaces.
