[RWP] Using reaper with midi and hardware sounds?

No, you don't need an audio track for every midi track you create. Just set your tracks' input to your keyboard, set the output to the Juno through the track I/O dialogue, arm then arm/monitor your track as necessary. Like audio, track monitoring works the same for midi, in that you will only have output from the track when monitoring is on. You would only need an audio track for monitoring if you aren't using hardware-based hardware monitoring from your audio interface to hear the output from your keyboard.
You'll probably want to make some templates to speed things up.
